Amorphous Semiconductors Laboratory

About

In Amorphous Semiconductors Research Laboratory, amorphous and/or nano/microcrystalline silicon thin films, anti-reflecting coatings have been produced; also their electronic and optical properties have been investigated. A capacitively coupled plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition (PECVD) system for the production of the samples is used. A physical vapour evaporator system is used for electrical contacts. As for optical and electrical characterisations, transmission and reflection measurements have been performed. Moreover, temperature dependent dark conductivity, constant photocurrent method (CPM) and photoluminescence measurements are among the other facilities.
