HUSBIO_L is a pioneering laboratory which harbors human skeletal remains unearthed from archaeological excavations in Turkey. Cutting-edge studies involving national and international collaborations are carried out in various fields of bioarchaeology such as burial customs, population history, demography, diet, diseases, daily activity on more than 12.000 human skeletons from more than 50 different archaeological sites that were excavated with the contributions of the students and academic staff.
