About

In our laboratory; Diagnosis of medicinal and aromatic plants and poisonous and harmful plants, morphological and anatomical studies, pharmacopoeia analysis and quality control studies are carried out. In vitro biological activity studies are carried out on extracts, fractions and pure substances obtained from plants that are traditionally used and contain potential drug candidate molecules.

Herbarium

Hacettepe University Faculty of Pharmacy Herbarium has been working under the Department of Pharmaceutical Botany since 1996. In 1975, Prof. Dr. Established by Ekrem Sezik, the herbarium is registered in the index with the international code HUEF. In the HUEF herbarium, there are herbarium specimens of more than 6000 plants, primarily medicinal plants.

In our laboratory; Diagnosis of medicinal and aromatic plants and poisonous and harmful plants, morphological and anatomical studies, pharmacopoeia analysis and quality control studies are carried out. In vitro biological activity studies are carried out on extracts, fractions and pure substances obtained from plants that are traditionally used and contain potential drug candidate molecules.

Herbarium

Hacettepe University Faculty of Pharmacy Herbarium has been working under the Department of Pharmaceutical Botany since 1996. In 1975, Prof. Dr. Established by Ekrem Sezik, the herbarium is registered in the index with the international code HUEF. In the HUEF herbarium, there are herbarium specimens of more than 6000 plants, primarily medicinal plants.
