About

Research and development projects carried out in recent years consist of SiC power MOSFET based design and implementation of maximum power point tracker for photovoltaic power plants, supercapacitor energy storage systems for braking enegy recovery in light rail transportation systems, auxiliary charger for electric busses and high frequency DA/AA and AA/DA converter designs based on GaN transitor. These projects are at the same time assigned as M.Sc. and Ph.D. theses of researchers.
