RIA (Radioimmunoassay) Laboratory

About

Biochemical quantitative analyzes of hormones, enzymes and peptides found in serum, plasma, CSF fluids are carried out using the Iyot-125 (I-125) radioisotope in the Laboratory of Radioimmune Testing (RIA) of the Department of Nuclear Medicine. In addition to routine testing studies, research studies can also be carried out in our laboratory. At the same time, the measurement of the CPM (Count Thu Minute) radioactive dose amounts of various radioisotopes is carried out with a Gamma Counter.

Research Infrastructure

• Gamma Counter (12 wells)

• Orbital Shaker

• Oven (incubator)

• Water bath

• Table Top Centrifuge

• Centrifuge with Time / Temperature Adjustment

• Deep freezer-refrigerator

• Micropipettes
