Cevher hazırlama laboratuvarında, numune hazırlamadan zenginleştirme testlerine kadar uzanan farklı birim işlemler gerçekleştirilmektedir. Boyut küçültme işlemleri için halihazırda çeneli kırıcı, merdaneli kırıcı, çubuklu ve bilyalı değirmen ile karıştırmalı bilyalı değirmenden faydalanılmaktadır. Ayrıca kimyasal analize numune hazırlamak için daha ince boylara öğütme yapabilen halkalı değirmen ve agat havan bulunmaktadır. Tane boyu ölçümünde standart elek serileri ile kuru/yaş eleme, siklosizer ve lazerli tane boyu ölçüm cihazı gibi farklı teknikler uygulanmaktadır. Laboratuvarda sınıflandırma amacıyla kullanılan havalı separatör ile hidrosiklon da yer almaktadır. Gravite zenginleştirmesi amacıyla laboratuvarda bulunan jig, sarsıntılı masa, spiral ve Falcon konsantratörü kullanılmaktadır. Yüksek ve düşük alan şiddetli kuru ve yaş manyetik ayırıcılar ile elektrostatik ayırıcı bulunmaktadır. Ağır sıvı testlerinin güvenli bir ortamda yapılmasını sağlayan çeker ocaklı bir düzenek mevcuttur. Kapsamlı flotasyon deneylerinin gerçekleştirilmesine imkan sağlayan farklı tipte flotasyon makineleri yer almaktadır. Susuzlandırma ve kurutma işlemleri için basınçlı filtreler ile etüvler kullanılmaktadır. Bunların dışında, malzeme karakterizasyonuna yönelik olarak da Bond değirmeni ile ağırlık düşürme test düzeneği mevcuttur.
